BTW, thanks for alerting me that Pat has a Face Book page. I had missed it somehow. Every time his name comes up in conversations, I mention how much I enjoy his cookbook and you would be amazed how many people don't know about that little jewel of a cookbook.
One of my childhood friends was a coach at the Citadel when Pat was a student there. Small world isn't it. Sam
