What are some fathers teaching their sons?

Father of Stanford swimmer - whose six month sentence for raping an unconscious women caused outrage - pens an open letter saying his son is 'paying a steep price for 20 MINUTES OF ACTION'

Like most women, I see red when I hear or read about rape.

Like most women, I'm angered and disgusted by it.

I am also frightened by it.

Like most women, I know men who are as angered and disgusted and frightened by it as their wives, their daughters, their sisters and their mothers.

And then we have this asshole father who will defend his son and can, without blinking an eye, refer to rape as "20 minutes of action."

And we wonder how so many young men in today's society got to the mindset in which they so blithely live - in a world of privilege, entitlement and a belief in the prerogative of self. Free from the consequence of their actions.

To this father - and to this judge who showed such concern over this thug's well-being -

You have much to answer for.

Much to be ashamed of.

Every bit as much as the rapist.

I remind you of the meaning of Karma - " . . .it also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of that individual (effect)."

And I remind you - she. is. a. bitch.

Until she catches up with you - and she will - may your lives be a daily living hell.

May your friends and family spit on you, turn from you and shun you.

And that is still not enough.

not even close
