We all watched with sadness as The Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral was badly damaged by fire on Monday, April 15, 2019.
Donald and I took a few pictures of "The Lady" this trip, and while saddened to see her as she now stands, also heartened that so much was saved by the brave firefighters.
The work will go on until she's brought back to glory.
In the meantime, she's still strong and beautiful, and much loved.
And I was happy to see these guys still there, still determined to do what they can to protect their lady.
