I'm sick.
What I thought was a nasty cold turned into acute bronchitis.
My sweet doctor told me to take it easy, don't push myself, allow myself to takes naps (oooh gee - - - oookay, if you insist), and remember that I'm 76 years old and it takes longer to shake these things than it once did. Believe me, I am feeling every one if those 76 years right now.
Thank Goodness for books.
I'm still reading, still very much enjoying, my visit back to Jeff Talbot's world (see my last blog entry). I remain sad that the series ended and would have liked getting to know his wife Sheila a little better. Sheila lives with agoraphobia. With a very supportive husband, along with a fun and devoted butler, Greer (also a super interesting character) her life is one she lives with strength and style.
